Amy Losi (Beth/Playwright) is a writer, editor, educator, and member of The Dramatists Guild.  She has acted in nearly seventy comedies, dramas, and readings.  Favorite roles: Olivia de Havilland in Livvie and J. De Beau, three comic women in Perfectly Normel People (Fringe Encores), the title role in And Miss Reardon Drinks a Little (Regional), Maria in Lend Me a Tenor, ten characters in The Dining Room, Mother Superior in Eclipsed: The Magdalene Laundries, Aunt Ola in The Cover of Life (Off-Broadway), and Adeline in Au Bois.  Other credits: Broadway Comedy Club, commercials, film, web, TV (Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations; Celebrity Ghost Stories).  Amy’s play, Au Bois, was a semi-finalist in The Strawberry One-Act Festival and winner of the “Best Costumes” award.  Much love and thanks to Joan and Ayo for believing in the play and helping Amy tell her personal story, and to Emma, Sabrina, and Bruce for their creative support.   #endthesilence

Emma Mueller (Nurse) recently graduated from NYU Tisch with a BFA in Drama (Stella Adler Studio, Stonestreet Studios, Royal Academy of Performing Arts).  Emma has starred in several of her own works, including stage play Taboo and short film Vinyasa Flow.  Other stage credits include Hamlet (Gravedigger) Twelfth Night - Devised (Viola & Company).  https://emmarosemueller.wixsite.com/website





Joan Kane (Director) is the founding Artistic Director of Ego Actus.  She directed Sycorax at HERE, Play Nice! at 59e59 theatres, I Know What Boys Want at Theatre Row, Six Characters in Search of an Author in Oslo, Norway and Kafka’s Belinda in Prague.  She directed Safe and what do you mean at 59e59 theaters and in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, getting four-star reviews for each.  Joan won Best Director in the 2016 United Solo Festival where she has directed six pieces.  She was named one of the 2011 People of the Year and inducted into the Indie Theatre Hall of Fame by nytheatre.com.  Her shows have been nominated for 61 awards.  She is a member of NY Madness, League of Independent Theatre, Dramatists Guild, and Society of Stage Directors & Choreographers.  Joan is an ex-officio Vice President for Programming on the Executive Board of Directors of the League of Professional Theatre Women.


Sabrina Morabito (Stage Manager) is super happy to be a part of the Strawberry One-Act Festival.  She was recently Assistant Stage Manager for Pan Asian Rep’s The Emperor’s Nightingale and Production Stage Manager for Articulate Theatre Company’s world premiere production of Doctor Frankenstein.  She ventured into Assistant Directing for Joan Kane in her solo show Almost 13 (United Solo Festival), and Triggered as part of the Protest Plays.  She is also part of Live In Theater immersive theater company and Stage Manager Collaborative.  Thanks to Joan Kane and Amy!!


Bruce A! Kraemer (Sound and Lighting Designer) has done sound design for the Fall for Dance Festival at City Center and Lighting Design for Roundabout Theatre and Soho Rep.  He has designed shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Ensemble Studio Theatre, 59e59 Theatres, the NYC Fringe, Theatre Row, and many others.  Bruce also does TV and event lighting, audio, technical direction, stage management, production intercom and RF coordination.  He has done those for the Summer and Winter Olympics, the Paralympics, the World Cup, two Papal visits, three Superbowls, te Commonwealth Games, the Goodwill Games, six Tony Awards, the Grammys, three Video Music Awards, the WNBA All Star Game, the NBA All Star game, the NBA Draft, four NFL Drafts, the MLB Draft, ten Christmas Tree Lightings at Rockefeller Center, on Broadway, off-Broadway, off-off-Broadway, for dance, fashion shows, art installations, and hundreds of corporate events.  Please see EgoActus.com
