Congratulations To Playwright Don Rosenthal, Whose Play LUCILLE ZANZIBARZ Makes It's Debut In The Strawberry One-Act Festival

Don Rosenthal (Playwright, LUCILLE ZANZIBARZ) grew up in Queens, New York and received a BA in Creative Writing from CCNY.  It was at CCNY he developed a love of playwrighting but put down his pen for many years.  Now living in Parkland, FL, he is an avid writer, and although he expresses his passion through poetry and short stories, he feels his best expressive work comes through in his playwrighting.  His stage play, ‘Lucille Zanzibarz’, was actually written 38 years ago while he attended grad school.  Recently he dusted off the old script, made some edits, and the Strawberry One-Act Festival will be his first work being performed for the public eye.
