Who’s Who . . .
Edith Bukovics (Scarlett) graduated with an English MA from Cambridge University and has since starred in numerous critically-acclaimed theatre productions in the UK. Her first leading screen role was in the Greek-Cypriot film ‘Secret Paths’ and she has gone on to work with BAFTA and FIPRESCI award-winning film directors such as Vadim Jean and Julian Kemp. Since moving to New York she has collaborated with NY Shakespeare Exchange for “The Sonnet Project,” and will next appear alongside Amber Tamblyn and Jackie Cruz in the feature film “Cleveland.”
Gavin Haag (Jeb) can be seen in ‘People, Places, Things’ (2015) opposite Jemaine Clement (Flight of the Concords). Recent closing of Hemingway stage adaptation of ‘The Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber.’ He trains at the Barrow Group Theater, and the Wynn Handman Studio. He is a graduate of the William Esper Studio. B.A. from UCLA School of Theatre, Film and Television in Theatre. Gavin was born in Manhattan, and raised in San Francisco, CA.
Will Lund (Clive) is an emerging theater and film actor in NYC. He first started his career at 18 by performing comedy improv for the Upright Citizens Brigade and their theaters. Will then began to study acting at H.B Studios and was connected and began working privately with renown acting coach Alice Spivak. Will has acted in and has worked closely in films with many students from NYU Tisch and various independent filmmakers. Will played the role of "Trey" in the award winning play Stuck in the Venus Theatre Festival last year. Will is very excited to be a part of the Strawberry Theatre Festival for the first time.
Alissa Simmons (Isabella) is excited for the The Strawberry One-Act Festival after performing at the NYC Fringe Festival last summer. She starred recently in indie film, Thorns for Flowers (Hoboken International Film Fest). In between film gigs she performs with Love Creek Theater and Cranky Cabaret. In the past she achieved her BFA in Musical Theater, won multiple International Thespian competitions, and performed in London and Tokyo. Her favorite part played was Marian from Music Man. She dreams of singing jazz and wearing sparkly things. 

Kacie Devaney (Playwright/Director) holds a degree in Comparative Literature from the American University of Paris, France. Since moving to New York two years ago, her plays have been accepted and fully staged in; The Thespis Theatre Festival, The Down Town Urban Theatre Festival, The New York City International Fringe Festival, and now, The Strawberry One-Act Festival. When Kacie is not writing plays, she works as an actor, dancer and choreographer. Her dance works have been featured in Jennifer Muller’s “The Works” and “The Elisa Monte symposium” for emerging choreographers.
