Christine Rosenblatt (MISSING
GEMINI, Book, Music & Lyrics)
is a composer, lyricist, musician and classical singer based in New York
City. Christine wrote the book, music and lyrics for Missing Gemini: A New Musical which received its workshop premiere
in New York City this past fall. Notable theater credits include Queen of the
Night in Mozart's The Magic Flute
(St. Paul's Chapel), Cunégonde in Bernstein's Candide (Austin E. Quigley Theatre), vocal director for Adam
Guettel's The Light in the Piazza and
assistant producer for Bloody Bloody
Andrew Jackson (Glicker-Milstein Theatre). She has studied and coached with
professors from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, New England
Conservatory, and The Juilliard School, having been recognized by the National
Association for Music Education and the Long Island Arts Alliance for her
artistic achievements. Christine has previously worked at The Metropolitan
Opera and Warner Music Group, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music
from Barnard College at Columbia University.

Set in a 1950’s New England seafaring town, Missing Gemini: A New Musical explores a teenager’s emotional journey following the loss of her twin brother. This intimate story with a nautical flair illustrates how grief affects family dynamics through a tale of twin bereavement.
